Overview:

$15 / hour


Assists in all aspects of planning, coordinating and implementing Carowinds group events.


  • Support Group Sales staff with execution of picnics, outings, and special events
  • Oversees all Group Sales sponsored events including Band & Choral, Education Days, Home School Day, Cheerleading events, plus any events added during the season
  • Creates and distributes tasking memos for each event and coordinates with park departments
  • Create confirmation letters, guarantees, signage orders, and all other picnic related correspondence/paperwork

  • Demonstrated computer skills for word processing some spreadsheets and database helpful (MS Word & Excel preferred).
