Our client, a very well-known, international non-profit in Washington, DC is looking to hire a Grants and Revenue Manager to their team. This individual will report directly to the CFO and supervise 1-2 staff members. The Grants and Revenue Manager is responsible for managing the organization's highly diverse portfolio of grants, including setup, maintenance, modification, and coordinating the closeout. This position is also responsible for ensuring accurate and timely recognition of revenue, and collection of accounts receivable. The Grants and Revenue Manager prepares financial reports for all US and foreign government grants.


This role can be HYBRID with 2 days/week onsite in the office, and 3 days work from home/remote.

Grants and Revenue Manager Qualifications/Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5-7+ years of technical grant management experience with US government issues grants and foundation grants
  • Working knowledge of US government federal regulations such as OMB 2 CFR Part 200, Federal Acquisition Regulations; USAID Acquisition Regulations.
  • International experience a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting and CRM software
  • Solid analytical capabilities and excellent data presentation skills and strong writing skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems; experience with accounting software such as ERPs, NetSuite, or similar platforms is advantageous
