Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in: Perform a wide variety of field duties for both routine/scheduled and emergency environmental projects to include: inspection, maintenance, monitoring, construction oversight, air monitoring, and operations and maintenance of remediation systems Conduct environmental sampling and monitoring for various media and contaminants of concern by following established procedures Opportunity to respond to environmental emergencies to perform field tasks. Prepare technical correspondence, project proposals, technical reports, work plans, and project specifications including cost estimates and budgets - Data compilation, reduction, interpretation, evaluation/comparison to environmental regulatory standards What you will develop as part of the GHD Team: Sound understanding of soil and groundwater investigation and remediation strategies Client engagement approach and stewardship Complex problem solving as it relates to environmental remediation and economic decision making Balancing the triangle of Scope, Schedule, and Budget to produce the best results possible for our clients Diverse professional networks spanning the globe and multitudes of fields Opportunities to engage in a wide range of environmental and geographical settings What you will bring to the team: Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or related field 0-3 years' experience Willingness to respond to call outs during non-routine working hours Must reside near our GHD Office Why GHD Take on some of the world's toughest challenges - with everyone at GHD backing you every step of the way.
