The Government Solutions Manager will
- Manage Government Solutions teams, projects, and products
- Assist with proposal development and business activities
- Coordinate with management to develop company goals and strategies
- Engage stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and project progress
- Monitor and mitigate project risks and issues
- Manage budgets for products and implementation projects
- Maintain documentation processes and quality standards
- Stay updated on software development and government solutions trends
- Ensure effective internal and client communications
- Identify and track appropriate KPIs with stakeholders
- Attend industry/government conferences for networking and knowledge acquisition
A qualified Government Solutions Manager will have
- 5+ years experience as a product or project manager
- Experience working with government agencies preferred
- Software development experience
- Proficiency in project estimation techniques
- Experience with project management software like Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- Experience developing proposals/documentation for RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
