Golf Club Assembler

Under occasional supervision, assembles component parts to work order specifications using pre-determined components. Performs simple, routine and repetitive tasks using standard procedures, tools and equipment.

Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:

Verify work order and specifications.
Assemble component parts using pre-determined components and procedures.
Visually inspect component parts for flaws, scratches or other cosmetic defects.
Ensure reject/accept criteria is followed while rejecting component parts when necessary.
Notify immediate lead/supervisor for irregular club deficiencies.
Record and maintain related production records.
Maintain work area in neat and orderly condition.
Perform work in accordance with established safety practices.
May assist all other stations on assembly line when needed.
Ensure proper use and disposal of chemicals used in production processes.
Performs all other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Education, Training, Professional Certification and Work Experience:

Equivalent to U.S sixth grade for reading, comprehension and arithmetic in English.
Prior experience and/or training in the use of common hand tools. Prior related production experience helpful but can be learned on the job.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions in English.
Ability to read ruler and apply basic arithmetic skills.
Ability to visually detect defects and make proper recommendations or repairs.

Work Environment / Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Exposure to fumes. solvent, dirt, dust and noise.
Demonstrated ability to work with hands.
May be exposed to changing temperature conditions.
Physically able to lift 45 lbs., bend, stoop, reach and perform routine tasks as required.
Ability to work various shifts and/or overtime as required.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
