About the role

We're seeking a talented Global Sales Operations Director dedicated to accelerating our sales organisation's growth. This is the perfect opportunity to serve as strategic partners to our Senior Sales Leaders, collaborating on various initiatives to optimise sales processes, drive revenue growth, and uncover valuable business insights through data analysis.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of what drives successful sales teams, a passion for data analysis and storytelling, and excels in crafting narratives that facilitate sales team growth. You will be responsible for leading the global sales operations team. The role is to be based at HQ in La Jolla, San Diego and you will work closely with the CFO, CEO, and sales executives supporting EMEA and JPAC.

Day to Day

  • Drive the analytical cadence of our business, including quarterly business reviews and organizational deep dives.
  • Collaborate closely with Senior Sales leadership to conduct market and segment-specific analyses, uncovering actionable insights.
  • Conceptualize and pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles/comp plans.
  • Establish trust with key stakeholders in sales leadership and our cross-functional partners (including, but not limited to, Finance, Operations, HR, and Recruiting)
  • Become an expert in understanding our Acquisition & Growth sales motions and support our go-to-market initiatives and strategies.
  • Think critically to navigate ambiguous situations, problem-solve and provide recommendations to your team and leadership.
  • Continuously assess business performance, drive diagnostics and deliver data-driven recommendations on improving, growing and scaling.
  • Maintain data integrity within customer records in and other systems.
  • Conceptualise/pilot new programs to test the effectiveness of various sales roles/comp plans.
  • Monitor system adoption data compliance and governance
  • Participate in quarterly and annual business planning for the Sales teams
  • Define success criteria and business management metrics

  • Salary range $200- $247,000
  • The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock options.
