Join Team Purple. Join IFS. The Global Head of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for IFS is a strategic role responsible for ensuring that IFS dominates the EAM landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving both organic and inorganic growth in EAM working across the iFS organisation, and for evolving and innovating in the EAM space to ensure customer success.
•  Develop and implement a global strategy for IFS's EAM business to ensure that IFS dominates the EAM landscape.
•  Drive organic and inorganic growth in the EAM business leading on identifying strategic acquisition targets (in partnership with the M&A team).
•  Develop the product roadmap for EAM
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, and services, to align the EAM strategy and vision with the overall business goals and objectives.
•  Represent IFS at industry events and conferences and engage with key customers and partners to promote IFS's EAM offerings.
•  Lead the innovation, development and delivery of EAM solutions that meet the needs and expectations of customers across various industries and regions.
•  Demonstrate thought leadership and expertise in the EAM space and communicate the value proposition and differentiation of IFS's EAM offerings.
•  Drive the technical, marketable, and professional deployment of the solution sets throughout all impacted global markets, verticals, channels, and solution platform ecologies.
•  Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the EAM space, including developers, customers, partners, analysts, and influencers.
•  Recognized as a global industry expert and thought leader with experience in multiple organizations
•  Extensive leadership experience in the EAM space, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
•  Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and implement a global EAM strategy.
•  Proven experience of M&A and knowledge of the global landscape of mature and emerging EAM providers
•  A deep understanding of the EAM market and trends, and the ability to translate this knowledge into actionable strategies and initiatives.
