Job Description

We are looking for an analytically driven Director of Sales Development to lead our global sales development organization. As a driving force behind our growth and pipeline targets, you will lead a diverse, experienced and energetic team of professionals across multiple global regions. You will have a strong record of defining operating processes, coaching SDRs, and partnering with Sales and Marketing. You will possess high level knowledge of revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales development activities. You will set a high standard for performance.

What Will You Do

Lead our sales development team and establish a strong inbound and outbound pipeline strategy to generate sustainable revenue growth.

Maintain accountability against global targets through disciplined operations and pipeline tracking.

Collaborate and partner with global sales and marketing leaders and executives to align on GTM strategy, shared goals and operational best practices.

Hire, coach and develop geographically dispersed sales development reps

Foster professional development and engagement programs that promote learning to accelerate career growth for all team members

Own SDR enablement, utilizing internal resources
