Ready to fuel business growth and create a brand that customers are passionate about, as our Global Campaigns Lead? The Global Campaigns Lead will be instrumental in leading a team responsible for crafting and executing full-funnel, strategic campaigns in support of Asana's high-growth business.

In this role, you'll bring enterprise expertise, cross-functional leadership, problem-solving skills, a track record of results, and an ability to build creative marketing experiences and programs from scratch. Experience in developing integrated go-to-market strategies, creating assets that span the customer journey, and partnering with diverse marketing teams is crucial for this role.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What You'll Achieve

  • Design and execute demand-focused campaign strategies that align with Asana's business objectives to drive revenue growth across multiple customer segments, verticals, and geographies while mentoring, managing, and leading the Global Campaigns team.
  • Translate campaign strategy into cross-channel, full-funnel marketing programs to acquire, engage, and retain customers, with a clear understanding of ideal buyer personas, their goals and challenges, and their buying journeys.
  • Collaborate across teams (PMM, Brand, Content, Creative, Digital, Ops, Growth, Field Marketing, and more) to ensure a unified approach and flawless execution.
  • Stimulate demand generation for Asana's experiential marketing portfolio spanning events, webinars, executive programs, and more.
  • Enable our field, partners, and ABM marketers with standardized campaign assets while working alongside regional teams to create campaign plans catering to priority sub-regions, languages, and targets.
  • Advocate for brand consistency in visuals and messaging across programs, audiences, and regions.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs. Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, gain insights, and drive performance optimization.
  • Manage the campaign budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.

About You

  • You bring 6+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on integrated campaign management in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead a high-performance marketing team.
  • Successful track record in developing and executing multi-channel, multi-language marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in implementing demand-focused content strategies across diverse customer segments to fuel demand generation and organic growth with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and drive campaign improvements.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a knack for simplifying complexity into clear, concise strategies and messaging.
  • An ownership mindset, ready to tackle ambiguous challenges creatively.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills; fostering strong cross-functional relationships and leading through influence.
  • Passion for the work management category and helping people find smarter ways to work.

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $182,000 - $232,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.

In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
