Glazier

A glazier fabricates, selects, cuts, installs, replaces, and removes commercial and artistic glass, aluminum storefront frames and entrances, glass handrails, curtain wall framing, terra-cotta/panel systems and entire building facades along with the window systems. Position requires: High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and acceptable insurability for regular business travel Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently, 80 bs. Occasionally. Activities with these weights include lifting products from horizontal to vertical positions, carrying product, stooping, bending and twisting Able to work at heights on ladders, scaffolding and aerial work platforms ie scissors / boom lifts Ability to work with common construction hand and power tools Comply with all Federal, state, local, and company safety policies Ability to read blueprints and take measurements with a tape measure
