Salary range: $45,000 to $55,000 SUMMARY: The GFEBS Analyst will support the Ft. Benning DPW/Ft. Moore and BOID by providing operational and analytical support of the Real Property data within the Army GFEBS system. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide Real Property support by maintaining an accurate Real Property Inventory in the GFEBS database, performing detailed analyses of the Real Property records for accuracy. Ensure existence, completeness, and accuracy of the GFEBS Real Property Inventory by conducting detailed reviews of property records and documentation and by performing inventories/inspections of Real Property assets. Enter and maintain Real Property records in the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS). Update Real Property records based on research and inventory findings. Ensure Real Property records and data management practices are compliant with Army regulations. Track and determine the impact of maintenance data entered into the GFEBS system. Utilize GFEBS reports to conduct installation-wide analyses of work order occurrences and costs. Maintain, prepare, and submit detailed data for Real Property work orders including Preventative Maintenance Orders, Demand Maintenance Orders, Project Work Orders, and Operations Work Orders. Provide data entry and reconciliation to ensure all Real Property Inventory and work orders are maintained and managed in the GFEBS system. Use GFEBS to monitor/track the status of maintenance work. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required. US. Citizen required. Proficient in GFEBS navigation and reporting actions. Proficient in Microsoft office, primarily Excel. Practical knowledge of the mission, function, goals, objectives, work processes, and sources of funding for the organization. Ability to work in a fast paced, multitasking environment. Ability to navigate various computer systems. Ability to effectively work in a team environment to achieve project goals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
