Full time, permanent opening
Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrician to join a Primary Care Practice (V.I.P Service to Senior Patients through preventative patient care)
Schedule is Monday - Friday (Admin time included in your schedule)
Small patient panel size
Very light Triaged Telephonic call only
No Hospital Rounding or Call
Full Front and Back Office Support for each Physician
Nurses
Case Management
Social Workers
In-house consulting specialists
On-site lab and prescription dispensary
