Geriatric Fellowship training required
Share space with 1 Geriatrician and 1 part-time Rheumatologist
Staffed with 1 NP, 1 RN, 2 LPNs, 1 medical assistant, and 1 social worker
State-of-the-art Geriatric medicine center offers 7 exam rooms and 1 pharmacy room
RN manages and operates onsite infusion center
Cognitive testing done onsite
Multidisciplinary clinic provides many services to the geriatric population

Physician-driven system where providers are encouraged to be involved
