What You'll Do Requires a commitment to lead and mentor a team of geotechnical and construction materials engineers and project managers Oversee and manage all laboratory operations Oversee projects and perform technical report reviews, prepare proposals and management of the departments and group related P&L Assist other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions Interact with senior staff members and mentor junior staff members Assist with recruiting and maintaining an adequate staff level in your group What We're Looking For BS or MS in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program required 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience Who We Are Founded in 1988, Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) is a leader in geotechnical, construction materials, environmental, and facilities engineering.
