- Experience Leading a team of Technical Professionals
- Experience with Construction Materials Testing
- Scheduling People and Projects
- Strategic Planning
- Business Development including proposals
- On Time On Budget
- Ensure that all field, laboratory, inspection and engineering reports are accurate
- Selection and use of subcontractors
GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER BACKGROUND:
- Must have a BS degree or higher in a related field
- PE preferred
