Job Description:
10 years of IT experience in Customer service technologies include contact Center cloud based products, solution design and implementation
Must have Genesys/Avaya/Cisco contact Center product knowledge and whole contact Center domain knowledge
Must have handled at least one cloud migration projects in AWS and should have worked in on premise contact Center solutions project with sizeable team
Experience with enterprise Clienthitecture and technical leadership Excellent oral and communication skills
