Duties Receive, review/edit requisitions for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations. Uses menu-driven computer software developed for special requirements to enter, store, edit, and retrieve a variety of data and information and prepare reports. Maintain four consecutive quarterly utilization reports for analysis and for inspections/reviews by higher headquarters. Executes Federal Automotive Statistical Tool (FAST) reporting requirements annually. Acts as liaison between drivers of assigned vehicles and GSA. Orders and receives purchases, contacts vendors and processes monthly billing statement online. Requirements Conditions of Employment Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation. Employee must be able to obtain/maintain a valid state driver's license. The incumbent may be required to work in the evenings and on weekends. The incumbent may be exposed to inclement weather conditions. A physical will be required for the position. Occasional Travel TDY may be required. This position requires the completion of the Government Motor Vehicle Driver's training course after entry on duty. This training is required on an annual basis. Incumbent is required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I Confidential Financial Disclosure Reports) upon entering the position and annually. Specialized Experience GS9: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service which includes: advise on new developments and supply techniques; coordinate maintenance and repair of vehicles and facilities; coordinate, order, and receive purchases; reconcile inventory supplies. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-7). OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., or in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as Human Resource Management or Business Administration. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. Time in Grade Requirement GS9: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-7). Specialized Experience GS11: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service which includes: evaluate maintenance and repair of facilities for a variety of buildings to identify deficiencies, develop plans for restoration to include project scopes and costs; analyze and evaluate supply regulations, policies, procedures and data; utilize automated systems to generate and maintain reports; obtain and verify appropriate authorization for purchase requests. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a degree in a major field such as quality assurance, supply management, production management, industrial management, business administration, logistics, or other fields related to the position. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
