General Manager - Food Manufacturing - Must have Dairy / Cheese Experience
Salary $200,000 - $250,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation Package to CA
Are you a strong leader with an entrepreneurial spirit? Our client is looking for a leader with strong cross-functional leadership experience who will be accountable for running the business. This Leader will have full P&L responsibilities as well as pricing strategies, Lean / CI, and responsibility for overall strategy and culture of the business. This role is responsible for a single business or multiple, smaller business lines. You must have experience in the manufacture & production of dairy products, including cheese.

Minimum requirements for this General Manager's position:
At least 10 years of food / beverage manufacturing experience with some of that experience in Diary & Cheese production
Experience with lean / CI and driving plant efficiencies
Bachelors' degree preferred.
