Established printing & mailing company seeks motivated, experienced high level manager with good communication skills to oversee their growing facility in DFW area. Responsibilities include overseeing all departments, developing and following budgets, evaluating, developing and motivating staff, measuring and tracking productivity, process improvement, and reporting to upper management. Must be able to work within tight deadlines and handle a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate would have experience as a GM or Plant Manager in the printing and/or mailing industry.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Keen strategic thinking and planning
- Strong analytical ability
- Understanding of budget management and financial monitoring
- Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivating, training and mentorship
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Good organization and time management
- Comfortable in a fast-paced or high-pressure environment
- Knowledge & experience in the print industry
