As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of professionals, overseeing operational management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial goals. The position requires a forward-thinking visionary who can drive results while identifying opportunities for growth and improvement in our services.

Responsibilities

Provide oversight and leadership to the operational management team.

Develop, implement and manage short- and long-term plans to achieve operational targets.

Provide regular reporting and strategy recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Maintain a high level of understanding of the industry and best practices to ensure services provided are current and relevant.

Create and manage budgets and financial plans, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Optimize employee performance through regular coaching, mentoring, and training.

Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads for new business.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.

At least 5 years' experience in real estate management, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in business planning, operations management, and financial planning and analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of adaptability and openness when working in a changing environment.

Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
