Unit Description
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at one of our high profile accounts in Charlotte NC. The General Manager will oversee cafe, coffee bar and catering operations.
The General Manager 3 will be the number 1 at the unit and oversee the day to day operation. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Managing a team of 6 hourly employees (1 sous chef, 3 cooks, 2 baristas, and 1 utility worker)
- Manage the budget/finances for the business
- Building relationship with the site lead on the client side
- Working with the Sous Chef on Menu planning, ordering and inventory
- Marketing and HR Related duties
This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, predominantly Monday through Friday schedule. However the ideal candidate must be flexible to work some evenings and weekends when needed
Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.
