General Laborer

General Laborer - Sand Blasting (First Shift)

Location: City of Franklin

Hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $17-$19 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:

Perform sand blasting operations according to established safety protocols and procedures.

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, masking, and applying necessary coatings to protect areas not being blasted.

Operate sand blasting equipment efficiently and effectively to achieve desired surface finish and cleanliness.

Inspect workpieces before and after sand blasting to ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain equipment by performing routine checks, cleaning, and reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate any issues or concerns promptly.

Assist in other general labor tasks and duties as needed.
