Spherion is seeking skilled and reliable Construction Laborers in the Morristown, TN area. As a Construction Laborer, you will assist in various construction tasks and contribute to the successful completion of projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Starting Pay: $15+/hr

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time and within budget

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to read and understand blueprints

1-4 years
