We are actively seeking a skilled and experienced General Dentist to join our team at Commonwealth Dentistry. As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, such as cavities, gum disease, and tooth decay. You will also provide routine dental care, including cleanings, fillings, and extractions.

General Dentist Responsibilities:

Conducting initial patient screenings and examinations to assess oral health.

Administering appropriate dental treatments, such as fillings, extractions, and root canals.

Developing treatment plans and explaining treatment options to patients.

Performing routine dental cleanings and preventive procedures.

Diagnosing and treating oral diseases and conditions.

Monitoring and evaluating overall oral health of patients.

Collaborating with other dental specialists and professionals, when necessary.

Ensuring compliance with dental practice standards and regulations.

General Dentist Requirements:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

Licensure to practice dentistry in the state.

Proven experience as a General Dentist.

Strong knowledge of dental procedures and treatments.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate and patient-centered approach to dental care.

Requirements

Virginia Dental License (Required)

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a General Dentist (Preferred)

Ability to work well in a team environment
