- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
- Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
- Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
- Expertise in all general dentistry.
- Implant placement experience preferred
- Experience with PrimeScan and CBCT preferred
- 2 days Mondays and Fridays
- Minimum 1 year practice experience or completion of GPR/AEGD.
