SUMMARY
Works under direct supervision of shift supervisor performing tasks as directed to produce quality products to ship to customers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS of this position include the following:

Education and Experience
• High School graduate desirable.
• Trade or technical school training desirable.
Training
To hold this position, an individual must have the appropriate company training. Training requirements are dependent on the tasks the employee performs. Supervisors may arrange for additional training if it is deemed to be required. The following is a list of the required training:
Quality Assurance Program
1. ISO-9001 introduction.
2. AAR M-1003
3. Tagging system introduction.
4. Gage control procedures.
Safety
1. Basic Safety Orientation.
2. Fall Protection.
3. Confined Space Entry.
4. Personal Protective Equipment.
5. Lockout/Tagout.
- Will be required, based on potential exposures and shift supervisor's discretion, when assignments will result in occasional temporary or full-time field assignments for engineering investigations, inspections, construction liaison, and/or technical assistance.
