What youll achieve
As a Generative AI Senior Consultant within the organization, aligned to consulting service delivery, you will provide consultative business and technical delivery services for a range of complex customer-facing consulting engagements. Specifically, you will be part of projects providing expertise in the design and implementation of complex GenAI solutions using Dell GenAI and partner stacks. These projects will focus on enabling our customers adoption of GenAI solutions and use cases, and is expected to include end-to-end architectural, data management, and implementation consulting for enterprise clients. As a member of the services delivery team, you will work alongside Dell badged Consultants, to earn the customers trust through competence, technical acumen, consulting expertise, and partnership. This position requires a dynamic individual with expert customer-facing skills to lead the delivery of consulting and implementation projects in GenAI for our clients, as well as support for our presales and sales teams to create GenAI solutions. Domestic US Travel Required: 50-75%. DoD Clearance required.
You will:

• Be responsible for the end-to-end technical responsibility during the design, procurement, and delivery of complex GenAI projects across the enterprise, as well as the development and deployment of scalable GenAI platforms in cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.

• Provide architectural consultation to clients in architecting and selecting the right technology stack for flexible and scalable solutions to GenAI use cases and client data architectures and have a familiarity with deep learning architectures, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), and transformers with solid understanding of deep learning training techniques, including hyperparameter optimization and regularization methods.

• Expertise with machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning; as well as a solid understanding of machine learning evaluation metrics and techniques, and in the NVIDIA NeMo framework, NVIDIA Inferencing solutions, and NVIDIA platform management.

• Experience with generative AI models, including GANs (Generative Adversarial Network), RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and diffusion models, as well as experience in applying generative AI models to various tasks, such as image generation, text generation, and data augmentation.

• Communicate the value proposition of our generative AI solutions to potential clients, demonstrating a clear understanding of their unique needs and pain points, understand the competitive landscape, and effectively position our solutions against those of competitors; and collaborate with sales teams to create targeted proposals and presentations, addressing specific client requirements and driving successful deal closures.
Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of Enterprise Consulting experience with a proficiency in the architecture and implementation of Data, Machine Learning and GenAI solutions

• Experience in designing and delivering solutions that leverage GenAI technologies, such as LLMs (Large Language Models) or Foundation Models for other data modalities.

• Deep familiarity with relevant concepts (transformer model architectures, prompt engineering, model fine tuning, retrieval augmented generation architectures) and models/technologies (such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.)

• Proven experience delivering and scaling complex infrastructural solutions across diverse platforms.

• Ability to translate complex processes and business problems in various industries into technical solutions with knowledge of architectural and data governance best practices.
Desirable Requirements

• Proficiency in Data Center products across Storage, Compute and Network; skills and experience in the GenAI product stack (including Nvidia architectures) is a plus.
50 - 75% travel both CONUS and OCONUS. Travel billed as actuals, Most travel will be M-F travel.
