Job Description Games For Training (GFT) Instructor III Seize your opportunity to make a personal impact as a Games For Training (GFT) Instructor III at the Joint Multinational Simulation Center - Indo Pacific. As a Games For Training (GFT) Instructor III you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Computer Based Training Specialist / WARSIM Instructors joining our team to help build and enable the readiness of our Nation's Army in the Pacific. HOW A GAMES FOR TRAINING (GFT) INSTRUCTOR III MAKE AN IMPACT: Operate, integrate, fielded constructive simulation models in support of exercises and training in classrooms and work cells, reconfigurable tactical operations centers (RTOCs), vehicle pads, and other related training locations.
Maintain (update as required) the existing training support packages that integrate training products, materials, and other pertinent information necessary to train in the Live/Virtual/Constructive-Gaming (LVCG) environments
Maintains records of training activities, participant progress, and program effectiveness
Updates course documentation as needed to ensure timeliness and relevance
Provides guidance and work leadership to less experienced instructors
Participates in special projects as required WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: AA/AS or equivalent years of relevant experience
Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge GDT suites, specifically Call For Fire trainer and Squad Virtual training.
Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance
Required Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated effective presentation and communication skills / Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the delivery of training programs / Advanced knowledge of relevant technology or subject matter

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
