Job Summary:
Dexian is seeking a FX Ops Analyst - FX Trade Support for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing dedicated support to the bank's clients in a challenging and fast paced environment
- Ensuring sustained proficiency and accuracy for all tasks
- Responsible for the investigation and resolution of exceptions for FX and OTC transactions as well as post trade settlement investigation
- Communication by phone and email is required while providing exceptional customer service to both client and internal service partners
- Timely settlement of FX and OTC transactions
- Break and case management for post settlement investigations

- Experience working in a financial institution in an Operations environment supporting institutionally traded financial products is desirable but not required

- Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner
