Responsibilities:
- Within a team environment, efficiently and safely operate equipment and perform other functions to maximize equipment utilization, quality and team harmony.
- Accurately observe, measure and record product/process necessary to insure product quality
- Provide active input to continuous process improvement
- Provide accurate documentation of production operations
- Receive and move material to efficiently maintain production
- Effectively communicate job related information
Other Responsibilities: - Maintain clean organized work area
- Work with assist other areas
- Actively participate in training of others and aid in the evaluation
- Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications: - Ability to read and write. Must be able to comprehend procedures, process documents and work instructions
- Must be able to write sufficiently to document the process
- Ability to do basic math with fractions or decimals
- Ability to reason mechanically
Schedule:
7am - 3pm (training only)
3pm - 11pm
Pay:
$13.50/hour (Training only)
$14.25/hour (after training)
