Global alternative investment manager is seeking an accountant for their portfolio accounting team in Dallas. The portfolio accounting team are responsible for the financial reporting of the portfolio entities and you'll be responsible for investment valuations and the financial reporting process for the funds.
This is a growth hire due to exceptional fund performance and you'll get significant exposure to both the CFO and CIO.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of financial services accounting experience - there's a strong preference this person is coming from practice, looking for their first move into industry.
- CPA qualified.
- Undergraduate or Masters degree in finance, business or similar with a GPA of 3.5 or higher
- Strong Excel skills
