Job Description A company in the Greater Boston area is hiring a Peoplesoft Functional Lead to join their team. As a Peoplesoft Functional Lead you'll be join their enterprise application services team working on Oracle/PeopleSoft HR and Payroll applications. This role is a year long contract and is 3-days onsite in Chelsea, MA. You'll also be configuring, designing, and supporting the development of enhancements on Peoplesoft HCM applications. You'll also work on cross functional teams and be collaborating to support daily activities for multiple functional areas. Required Skills & Experience
- Highly skilled in Peoplesoft
- Skilled in HRCMS Systems
- Exposure to Oracle
- Experience with leading teams
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working with Human Resources and Payroll IT
- 7+ years of Peoplesoft experience
- Degree in a related field
- Strong technical skills
