Apply Job Type Full-time Description Fulton Manor Full-time 80 hours bi-weekly 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Responsible for the completion and submission of the Minimum Data Set (MDS), coordinating completion of resident care, identifying the needs of the resident and projected outcomes. Provides nursing services to persons needing restoration of physical or mental functioning to a state as nearly normal as possible. Supervises the work of all employees within Health Information. Responsible for overseeing nursing staff for completion of records and compliance with care plans. Assists with supervision/completion on documentation. Supervises the Restorative State Tested Nursing Assistants. Requirements Graduate from accredited School of Professional Nursing with current RN licensure from the State of Ohio Board of Nursing with a minimum of two years experience in long term care. Must have experience in care plan development, MDS completion, MDS submission and review of validation reports. Should have a strong understanding of quality measures and be proficient in strategies for maximum reimbursement. Should be proficient with PointClickCare software. Previous experience in restorative nursing, auditing of clincal documentation, conducting nursing in-services, the appeals process and ICD-10 coding beneficial.
