4 Corner Resources is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor for one of our clients in the retail industry located in the Orlando, FL area. Your responsibilities will include inventory management, shipment processing, and working on continuous improvement to increase efficiency.
Fulfillment Supervisor Responsibilities:
Oversee the receiving of all incoming deliveries.
Inspect incoming deliveries for possible damage or shortages, documenting findings accurately.
Meet and maintain quotas to fulfill daily orders.
Collaborate with other departments to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels.
Review the timeliness of scheduled deliveries and ensure they align with customer expectations.
Manage the loading of trucks and trailers according to delivery paperwork.
Work cross functionally with different departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Determine order priority based on destination, timeline, and method.
Assist with other duties as deemed necessary.
Fulfillment Supervisor Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or other related fields preferred.
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or fulfillment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in time management, problem-solving, and organization.
Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain operations, and logistics.
Experience in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases (ShipStation, SAP, Magento, Shopify and ZenDesk).
Pay: $37,000k-$45,000k per year.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7am-4pm.
