Our facility is seeking a Full-Time, 11p-7a, 32 Hour per week, Registered Nurse Supervisor that will be responsible for the day-to-day nursing activities of the facilities. Whether working independently or in conjunction with the Director/Assistant Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse Supervisor will lead and provide guidance to staff LPNs and CNAs to ensure the optimal delivery of quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities will include:
Resident Assessments
Resident Admissions coordination, including verification of Doctor's orders
Electronic Medical Records Maintenance
Administration of treatments and documentation
Patient education upon discharge for proper maintenance of medications or procedures
All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing Services
