- This pay range starts at $18.00 hourly and upwards of $22.00 hourly, depending on experience.
- This position will work directly with a Senior Store Manager on a daily basis to help with meeting and addressing department goals and will be responsible for helping lead the retail team.

The essential functions of a Processing Team Lead are as follows:
- To perform any of the required job duties within the processing team. This includes all requirements related to accepting donations, presorting and pricing merchandise.
- Adhere to and implement, daily, all donor service standards, policies and procedures.
- Train and retain employees.
- Must be able to appropriately set daily goals and plan their day according to projections/targets.
- Schedule staff appropriately to ensure the team is well equipped for high volume days.
- Train processing staff and volunteers to maintain a clean and well-organized reception, presort, and processing areas.
- Provide a positive and encouraging atmosphere for processing staff to promote further professional development and growth within KARM Stores.
Compensation details: 18-22 Hourly Wage
