We are currently hiring a Full-time Plant Operations Manager for our Wesley Woods community, located on the Emory University campus.

The Full-time Plant Operations Manager will work together with our Administrator and an exceptional team of department heads to promote our mission. This position will oversee our Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry departments, as well as Emergency/Safety operations.

Full-time Plant Operations Manager Qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 3 years of experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community required
  • Minimum of 1 year of Management experience in LTC/Skilled nursing community required
  • Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
  • Practical knowledge of day-to-day maintenance and physical plant upkeep
  • Genuine passion for working with elders
  • Knowledge of health care regulations pertaining to Federal/State/JCAHO surveys
  • Ability to direct and maintain Safety and Emergency Preparedness for community
  • Exceptional Leadership skills with ability to work with all levels of organization
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal/written)
  • Ability to lead and foster team work with Housekeeping, Laundry and Maintenance care partners
  • Experience working with TELS Building Management system preferred
  • Strong organization and time management skills
