Our company is hiring for a Customer Service Representative position to work and represent our partnership with telecommunications leading provider, Verizon. At our company, we feel sales, customer service, and community outreach is a critical part of how to exist in the world. Our Customer Service Representative will have the opportunity to learn customer service, conduct outreach, sales, and how to set up new customer accounts to increase customer acquisitions.


Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:


  • Set up new customer accounts by notating customers personal information and obtaining confidentiality
  • Provides product, promotion, and pricing information to customers
  • Provide customer with superior customer service and knowledge on products and services available to them
  • Process any sales orders necessary
  • Develop an excellent relationship with internal and external peers to ensure outreach campaign deliverability
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the company bonus tools, communication channels, quality assurance processes, and any regulatory requirements
  • Adherence to learning all company values, standards, and implementing training to achieve and exceed sales and outreach goals
