- 4,255 cases annually
- 700 deliveries - MDs insert and manage labor epidurals
- 4 MDs / 5 APPs (CRNAs and AAs)
- Call from home 1:4
- 6 ORs - Run 5 to 6 plus OB and Endo
- Medically Directed
- Cases include ortho (majority is focused on total joints upper extremities), bariatrics, minor vascular GI, OB, B&B
- No Cardiac or Neuro
- CRNA/AAs come in for any surgical case. Epidurals are done by the docs only
- Physicians and CRNAs push meds
- Physicians place the regional blocks; both do spinals
