Full Stack Web Developer with Security Clearance

BAI, a Defense contractor, is seeking a qualified candidates to serve as a Full Stack Web Developers with Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipeline experience for a U.S. Navy program to work onsite at Point Mugu Naval Air Station in Camarillo, CA.

The typical annual salary range for this position is $95,000.00 USD to $130,000.00 USD. Salary will be based on current qualifications, directly related experience, geographic location, and possible contractual requirements which could fall outside of this range.

Responsibilities:
Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team
May supervise computer programmers Qualifications:
10 years of experience performing the duties described in the job description and responsibilities.
3 years' experience with Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipelines - an agile DevOps workflow focused on a frequent and reliable software delivery process that is iterative, and allows DevOps teams to write code, integrate it, run tests, deliver releases, and deploy changes to the software collaboratively and in real-time
Experience with AWS - Amazon Web site services and Cloud services
3 years' experience with Java, JavaScript, Containers, and Micro-services architecture
3 years' experience with C+, C , C , ASP.NET Core, Visual Studio
3 years' experience with SQL
2 years' experience with HTML and CSS
2 years' experience with Git
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket or equivalent
Experience working with the Agile software development methodologies and collaborating between self-organizing cross-functional teams to deliver value faster, and with greater quality and predictability
Experience working as a Scrum team member
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening-for staff, customer and organizational level communications, both formal and informal
Ability to work independently; self-starter
Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Desired experience:
AMQP (RabbitMQ)
Java ORM such as Hibernate
Java with Spring or Java EE
ORM such as Hibernate or Entity Framework (EF)
Restful web services
SPA, ReactJS/Redux

Education:
MS or MA degree in a Computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline.
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years additional work experience may be substituted for a Master's Degree.
Clearance:
Condition of employment - must have a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance. Applicants selected will be subject to a T5 security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for maintaining a DoD Top Secret security clearance.

Citizenship:
The applicant must have US citizenship at time of application.
