Full Stack Developer

The Full Stack Developer will join a lean, purpose-driven engineering team tasked with enhancing Our Client's proprietary portfolio management system. As a full stack software developer, your mission is to iteratively craft, develop, and fine-tune technology solutions that bolster trading and portfolio management decisions.

Job Functions

Codebase Contribution: Dive deep into the code, designing, developing, testing, and supporting the portfolio management platform.

System Design: Engage in critical discussions on system design and architecture.

User Interaction: Work directly with end-users to define system requirements.

Documentation: Assist in the documentation of systems and processes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related engineering field.

Experience:

- At least 5 years of full-stack development experience.

- Minimum of 3 years working with Microsoft SQL Server.

- Proven track record in designing and implementing features and systems within capital markets and asset management.

- Skilled in writing and maintaining mission-critical production code.

Technical Proficiency:

- In-depth understanding of software engineering principles and contemporary infrastructure.

- Development experience in C (.NET Core), ASP.NET MVC, WebApi.

- Familiarity with front-end technologies like TypeScript & React.js.

- Knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal and related products preferred.

- Experience with messaging platforms such as IBM MQ, RabbitMQ is a plus.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and Python is advantageous.

Base Salary Range

The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000. This role also includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
