Full or Handyman

1st Quick Check Convenience Stores is looking to hire a reliable, experienced handyman to perform general and preventative maintenance and repairs for several commercial and residential properties. The ideal candidate will conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment and make necessary repairs.

Basic Responsibilities:

- Cleaning and general maintenance of facilities.

- Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.

- Ensure equipment is operational and repaired as necessary.

- Minor landscaping and grounds maintenance.

- Painting, carpentry, drywall repair, floor installation, appliance installation and repair, and various other tasks as requested.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.

- Basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems knowledge.

- Basic carpentry skills.

- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and convert measurements.

- Able to sit, stand, kneel, lift, and climb ladders.

- Attention to detail, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

- Can work reliably alone or as part of a team.

- Identify, document, and report maintenance and repair work.

- Able to work a flexible schedule and occasionally respond to emergency repairs after hours.
