Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain complete financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including financial statement preparation.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite.
