Job Title: Full Charge Bookkeeper

Company Overview: Join a leading precision machining company in Holland, MI, specializing in custom CNC milling, CNC turning, and grinding services. We're seeking a dedicated Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage financial operations in our client's small but dynamic business.
Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping duties including AP/AR, reconciliations, and GL entries (25-30%).
- Handle customer communication, order processing, and invoice management.
- Process weekly payroll for approximately 10 employees.
Full Charge Bookkeeper Qualifications: Must Have:
- Prior bookkeeping experience.
- Comfortable working independently in a small office setting.
Plus:
- Office management or HR experience.
- Familiarity with purchasing and inventory tasks.
Full Charge Bookkeeper Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible).
Location: On-site in Holland, MI.
Full Charge Bookkeeper Compensation: Competitive hourly pay ($24-26.50/hour).
