b. Can show proof that they have recently applied for their Illinois Pharmacy Technician license.

c. NEVER had a license, but able to apply on their 1st day of training.

" Candidates who have a license that is expired.

" Candidates who have a license that is about to expire (due to not completing Pharmacy Certification after 2 years of obtaining license).

Overtime is only mandated at times of higher volumes of business throughout the year. (3-10 hours) Voluntary is often offered.

Fulfillment Technician

Purpose Statement (2-3 Sentences):

Describe the primary goals, objectives or functions or outputs of this position:

The Fulfillment Technician position exists to assist the pharmacist(s) in the activities associated with fulfillment of prescription orders. The technician will assist the pharmacist(s) in day to day activities of picking, labeling, packing and shipping orders. This position will collaborate with the team lead(s) and department manager(s) to meet the delivery expectations of patients.

Major Responsibilities:

" Assist pharmacist(s) in the fulfillment of orders by completing the duties of picking, labeling, packing and shipping of orders.

" Identify and collaborate with Pharmacy Solutions Inventory Planner to manage inventory of medications and commodities.

" Assist in restocking commodities used during Pick, Pack and Ship activities.

" Meet performance standards in alignment with predefined metrics and KPIs.

" Identify and recommend process/system improvements that increase efficiency and productivity of fulfillment operations and communication of ideas with supervisor(s), team lead(s) and manager(s).

" Deep understanding of all aspects of the fulfillment technician role and a resource for the pharmacy technician and fulfillment team lead.

" Additional responsibilities may be added as deemed necessary for the business by Pharmacy Solutions Management.

" Interact professionally with other healthcare professionals working in the pharmacy to assure accurate provision of services to the patient.

" Maintain current licensure and CE requirements as necessary. Promote the Way and influence positive culture.

Qualifications:

List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.

" High School Diploma or equivalent required.

" Individuals must meet applicable Pharmacy Technician Licensure and Certification requirements no later than first day of employment.

" Must be capable of becoming a trained Forklift Operator.

" Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and operate under general supervision.

" Completes individual tasks and effectively manage time by adhering to deadlines required.

" Flexible work schedule, ability to work between the hours of 7am to 7pm.

" Role requires standing for prolonged period of time and moderate lifting activities
