Woodlake at Tolland is a short and long term care facility located in Tolland, CT. We are currently seeking a RN Supervisor to join our team.
1 FT position 40 hours 11-7 & 1 PT position 24 hours 11-7.
Previous experience in a SNF setting is strongly preferred. One year experience required as a RN in a LTC environment.
Candidates must possess a valid CT RN license in good standing.
