The Opportunity: As a Project Management Specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, an experienced project management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. On our team, you will provide Front Office executive level support for a US Navy Program Office. You will work with key stakeholders to ensure daily business operations run smoothly. You will provide planning support for meetings, special events, conferences, and working groups, including processing visit requests, preparation of meeting agendas, setup and operation of voice or video conference equipment. You will maintain the Government Program Manager (PM) and Deputy Program Manager (DPM) calendars, and coordinate schedules with other meeting attendees to arrive at agreed upon meeting times and locations. You will help with tactical planning using resources like MS Excel and Power Point and will have regular interactions with clients, teammates, and industry partners. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential for success in this position. You Have: 7+ years of experience with project management, organizational management, business operations or performing executive level administrative duties Experience in engagement with senior DoD officials and executive level leadership Experience with producing executive summaries, point papers, data call responses, and briefing packages to facilitate leadership decision-making Experience with MS Office tools, and MS Teams Knowledge of DoD environment Knowledge of Navy programs Ability to work in fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field Nice If You Have: Experience working with NAVWAR or PEO C4I Experience using DTS for travel booking Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales policies and processes Knowledge of Official Representation Funds (ORF) Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills TS/SCI clearance PMP Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
