Front Desk Manager General Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day to day operations of the Front Desk
  • Oversee the training and ongoing performance of the front desk associates
  • Operate the front desk and assist guests with needs
  • Manage the operations of the front desk in accordance with brand standards
  • Maintain Knowledge of area, events and hotel offerings
  • Maintain good customer relations, answer questions, resolve concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain communication between departments
  • Complete Administrative reports as requested

Requirements:

Front Desk Manager Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 2 year hotel experience
  • 1 year Supervisory role experience
  • Good interpersonal skills in person, written and over the phone
  • Excellent problem solving and resolution skills
  • Fluent Communication in English both spoken and written
  • Schedule flexibility - ability to fill in shifts
  • Availability Nights, Weekends and Holidays
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
