Front Office Coordinator

A local nonprofit has an exciting opportunity available. They are looking for an outstanding new team member for their Front Office Coordinator position. This multifaceted position is further responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to assist in ensuring that services are provided in a timely, effective, and confidential manner.

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Administrative and clerical functions
  • Intake and scheduling functions
  • Assists in preparing for audits.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook) as well as possess no less than moderate computer knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly demeanor with good interpersonal skills.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Recent experience in the behavioral health field
  • Knowledge of Mental Health and Developmental Disability population is preferred.
