Front Desk Attendant

Greets visitors and welcomes them to the facility. Enrolls new members, receives payments, makes reservations, distributes towels and locker keys. Places, answers, and directs phone calls and distributes messages. Gives facility tours and answers exercise equipment and facility questions.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum Work Experience
Knowledge or experience in the health and fitness industry preferred. Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Skills
Certifications:
CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
